Estepona is a biggish town, located in the Málaga province, and it is a part of the autonomous community of Andalusia.
Estepona is a very popular holiday destination for many travelers around the world. Mainly thanks to its beautiful beaches, which stretch along some 21 km of coastline. This makes this gorgeous town a very popular resort, even though it doesn’t show it. Much fewer people and tourists on the streets, compared to Fuengirola, Marbella, or Benalmadena, for example.
Its popularity also comes from its special climate. Because it is surrounded by the sea and the mountains, Estepona has a micro-climate with over 325 days of sunshine per year.
