Puerto Banus is the playground of the millionaires with crazy expensive cars and luxury yachts. Marbella has quite a fascinating history dating back to Roman times. It also attracted some European aristocrats who fell in love with the city and started building exclusive resorts. Together with some Arab families they helped create what Marbella is today. When you go out of Banus, Marbella has a nice old town with many cute restaurants and shops. You have an amazing boardwalk that goes for miles along the sea where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. It is an active town and being near the beach you can keep in shape by running, walking, biking
